Trang này hướng dẫn cách yêu cầu xóa tài khoản StoryAI và dữ liệu liên quan.
Cách 1 — Xóa ngay trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị)
Mở ứng dụng StoryAI và đăng nhập.
Vào tab Hồ sơ (Cá nhân).
Chọn “Xóa tài khoản”.
Xác nhận. Tài khoản và dữ liệu được xóa vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức.
Cách 2 — Nếu bạn đã gỡ ứng dụng
Gửi email tới danhhuongvn@gmail.com với tiêu đề
“Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản StoryAI”, kèm địa chỉ email Google/Apple bạn đã dùng
để đăng nhập. Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.

Thông tin tài khoản & hồ sơ (tên, email từ đăng nhập Google/Apple)
Phiên đăng nhập và dữ liệu xác thực
Tiến trình đọc truyện
Ví xu và lịch sử giao dịch xu
Nội dung (nhánh truyện) đã mở khóa
Lịch sử mua hàng trong ứng dụng (IAP)
Sự kiện quảng cáo và token thông báo đẩy (push)
Đánh giá ứng dụng và báo cáo bạn đã gửi
Dữ liệu được giữ lại
Nhật ký chi phí/sử dụng AI ở dạng ẩn danh (đã gỡ liên kết với
danh tính của bạn), giữ để đối soát tài chính.
Các truyện được tạo không gắn với danh tính cá nhân và có thể được giữ lại
dưới dạng nội dung ẩn danh trong thư viện chung.
Hồ sơ giao dịch có thể được lưu theo yêu cầu pháp luật/kế toán.
Việc xóa là không thể hoàn tác. Sau khi xóa, lần
đăng nhập tiếp theo sẽ tạo một tài khoản mới hoàn toàn.
This page explains how to request deletion of your StoryAI account and associated data.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
Open the StoryAI app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap “Delete account”.
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — If you have uninstalled the app
Email danhhuongvn@gmail.com with the subject
“StoryAI account deletion request”, including the Google/Apple email address
you used to sign in. We process requests within 30 days.
Data that is permanently deleted
Account & profile info (name, email from Google/Apple sign-in)
Login sessions and authentication data
Reading progress
Coin wallet and coin transaction history
Unlocked story branches
In-app purchase (IAP) history
Ad events and push notification tokens
App reviews and reports you have filed
Data that is retained
AI cost/usage logs in de-identified form (unlinked from your
identity), kept for financial reconciliation.
Stories you created are not tied to your personal identity and may be retained
as anonymous content in the shared catalog.
Transaction records may be retained as required by law/accounting.
Deletion is irreversible. After deletion, your next
sign-in creates a brand-new account.
